He has a background in sales and operational performance improvement initiatives that have a focus on cost conscious growth, while holding senior roles within startup companies, private equity and Fortune 500 companies.
With a unique blend of expertise, combining both financial knowledge and a tremendous insight into how to improve a company's bottom line, and his vast understanding of process improvement and how to reduce costs by improving productivity, Sicilian has established his reputation as a Turnaround Specialist.
